Setup:
1- Pick a target on the range
2- Aim Alignment stick at target
Drill:
1- Address the ball as you normally would
2- Take a half swing, but hold the finish for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times
3- Repeat steps 1-2, this time at a 3/4 swing. Repeat 5 times
4- Repeat steps 1-2 again, this time at a full swing. Repeat 10 times.
5- When we hold the finish, we may have a tendency to sway. Make sure your head stays behind the ball to ensure more consistent swing and ball striking.
