Setup:
1- Pick a target
2- Aim Alignment stick at target
Drill:
1- Bow your wrist as much as possible at address
2- At the top of your backswing, try to ulnar deviate as well
3- Hit 15 balls until this starts to feel comfortable.
If you’re in the right position, the downswing becomes all about the body. You don’t have to think about what your wrists and hands are doing at all. Just rotate your body, keeping your arms in front of you, and hit the ball.
