Items Needed:
1- Alignment Stick (https://amzn.to/4iDh7TO)
2- Range Balls
3- Wedge
Setup:
1- Pick a 60 yard target on the range
2- Aim Alignment stick at target
Drill:
1- Your target should be a partial wedge distance. Let’s do 60 yards for this example.
2- Use the numbers you learned from your wedge wizard drill to figure out how to get the ball 60 yards.
3- Hit 3 shots 60 yards
4- Now try hitting 3 more shots with an abbreviated follow through, stopping your arms at horizontal on the finish.
5- This abbreviated follow through steepens the attack, flighting the ball lower and adding spin.
6- Really focus on the exaggerated motion of stopping the follow through at horizontal. See if you can still carry it 60 yards with this motion.
7- If the ball isn’t flying lower, try to walk through the finish.
